Thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are closely connected, shaping how people experience stress, challenges, and everyday life. This five-week course supports participants in building practical skills to strengthen their mental health and resilience over time. In this course, participants will explore how unhelpful thinking patterns can affect emotions and behaviour, and learn how to shift these patterns using realistic thinking and mindfulness-based strategies.
Each session builds on the last, introducing practical tools to support well-being, including relaxation techniques, sleep and lifestyle habits, problem solving, goal setting, assertiveness, anger management, and self-compassion. Participants will strengthen their ability to cope with stress, manage difficult emotions, and respond to challenges in more helpful and balanced ways. This course offers a structured and supportive space for learning, reflection, and practice to apply these skills in daily life with greater awareness and confidence.
You do not need a formal psychiatric diagnosis to attend this course.
