Anger is a natural and necessary emotion that signals when something in life feels off balance. This course helps participants develop an understanding of anger, its role as an important emotion, and strategies to manage it when it becomes overwhelming. By examining different anger styles and their effects on relationships, participants will learn how to reduce the negative impact of anger through effective communication and self-awareness.
