Journaling is a well-established tool for emotional clarity, stress relief, and self-discovery. This session explores the purpose behind journaling and presents a variety of ways to make the practice personal and meaningful. Suitable for both seasoned writers and beginners, it offers flexible, creative approaches to processing emotions, reflecting on life’s moments, and gaining deeper self-insight. Each in -person participant will receive their own journal to support their ongoing practice.
