2000 push-ups for 2000 lives lost daily from suicide.
Join us this February for a movement that brings fitness and mental health awareness together. Open to all ages, all abilities, and from all walks of life.
Mental health is health. Yet at work, it’s often only discussed in training or during moments of crisis.
The Push-Up Challenge changes that.
In just 5 minutes a day, your team can come together through movement, mental health insights, and a shared challenge that boosts energy, sparks conversation, and builds real connection without disrupting the workday.
It’s easy to join, works for hybrid teams, and doesn’t require special equipment or fitness levels.
Past participants report improved mood, stronger team connection, and greater comfort talking about mental health.
A simple, positive way to energize your workplace and support mental well-being, together.
Every day from February 5-27, you‘ll get a daily fitness goal paired with a mental health fact. Feel free to swap push-ups with any movement that works for you, and track your progress in the app.
Each day, you’ll get a mental health fact and a daily goal related to that fact. You can track your progress through a dedicated app which also allows you to fundraise and see how your team is doing.
Be part of a worldwide movement for better physical and mental health
Globally, The Push-Up Challenge has united over 1 million people and raised $60+ million for mental health. Now it’s your turn to be part of the push and support mental health programs across Manitoba.
