Push For Better Mental Health

Join us in February for this fitness-based mental health initiative that will engage Canadians of all ages and from all walks of life to:

It’s free to sign up and we welcome whatever exercise participants are able to do. Think sit-ups, squats, knee push-ups, modified exercises – it all goes. 

 

Fundraising is optional and easy and a great opportunity to support mental health.  

 

Funds raised help CMHA deliver critical mental health services and programs in communities right across Canada.

Each day, you’ll get a mental health fact and a daily goal related to that fact. You can track your progress through a dedicated app which also allows you to fundraise and see how your team is doing.

Registration is OPEN

It’s never too early to get started. There are two ways to get involved: 

Register as an individual, create a team or join your friends. Once you’ve registered, you can share your page and challenge others to join the push with you! 

Donate to an individual, team, or community, or choose to donate directly to CMHA. Your support helps us make a real difference for people across Canada.
