The Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association Manitoba and Winnipeg hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Location: Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion Street, Winnipeg, MB.
We look forward to hosting our members at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
The event will also feature a special presentation of the King Charles III Coronation Medals.
Register to Attend
In order to attend, please register in advance of the meeting by emailing rtan@cmhawpg.mb.ca. Please send any dietary restrictions in your email.
The meeting is called for the following purposes:
- To receive the Annual Impact Report;
- To report on the election of the Directors;
- To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ended March 31, 2025 and the report of the auditor on those financial statements;
- To appoint the auditor for the next fiscal year.
Voting procedures at this meeting are outlined in the by-laws of the Association:
- Each member who is listed on the register of members in good standing has one vote for each resolution
- Voting can occur in person or by proxy
- The proxy form is available here.
- Proxies must be received at the registered office of the Association not less than one hour before the meeting, emailed to rtan@cmhawpg.mb.ca
Please note that only paid individual members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
