This online course will describe the difference between mental health and mental illness and then shift to focus on your mental health to be able to manage stress and challenging life experiences. The concept of recovery will be explored and strategies for mental health maintenance will be provided. This course is discussion focused and will be an opportunity for you to share your experiences and how you protect your mental health.
