Turning Pages Program (online)

Are you over 50 and experiencing sadness, anxiety, or feeling challenged related to transitions such as retirement or caregiving? Turning Pages is an innovative community-based mental health program offered in partnership with the University of Manitoba. Our goal is to improve mental health symptoms through education, skill building, peer support, and community connections. Turning Pages is rooted in best practices and evidence-based research to help strengthen the mental health of older adults. The course is seven weeks in length and offered through Zoom.

The course fee is $25.00 per person (fee waivers may be available based on need).
