Change is not always a linear process; it can involve mixed emotions, setbacks, and periods of growth. The stages of change model represent the six stages a person generally goes through when changing a behaviour. This course explores the six stages of change and how they show up in everyday habits, behaviours, and life transitions. Through guided discussions, activities, and practical strategies, participants will gain tools to support themselves or others through the change process. Whether beginning something new, letting go of an old habit, or navigating a major transition, this course fosters insight, self-compassion, and confidence.
