This online course follows our ‘Recovery 101’ course and provides further insight into the recovery journey. The definition of recovery will be reviewed and then the principles that guide recovery will be shared. Four stages of recovery with be explored along with strategies to work through these stages and move further into a sense of recovery and resilience. To join this course, you will need access to the internet or a phone. We look forward to an encouraging discussion about recovery!
