Recovery is a unique experience that people diagnosed with mental health conditions approach to re-define and re-build their life. This classroom course is an opportunity for family members and caregivers to explore the principles of recovery and strategies to provide support and encouragement to their loved one. There will be opportunities for discussion in this course and a focus on the well-being needs of families and caregivers.
