About this Course
Stigma is a challenging experience and is commonly both external and internal. This course explores common stigma in our society and how we view ourselves and the likeliness for self-sabotage when we hold stigma towards ourselves.
In this course you will gain strategies to respond to stigma and to recognize the strengths you have developed on your journey.
Course Details
Date: Tuesdays, April 12, 19, and 26th, from 1:30pm-4:00pm
Location: Plum Room (except on April 26th the course will be in the Blueberry Room)
