Are you looking for connections with peers, good conversation and nutritious soup? Come for discussion focused on five areas of well-being: occupational, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well-being. Create your own recipe for well-being and Recovery. Please note, there will not be a class on Monday, February 20th due to the Stat Holiday.
