Throughout life, we all experience various forms of loss—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a job, a home, or something else that holds deep meaning for us. Grief is a deeply personal journey, and it looks different for everyone. In this 3-session course, we’ll explore how to process the sadness and emotions that come with loss, recognizing that grieving takes time and is unique to everyone. Self-acceptance is key in this process, and we’ll discuss how to honour your own pace, giving yourself permission to grieve in your own way. This course will offer a supportive space for open discussions, helping you feel connected as we navigate the complexities of grief and loss together.
