We often hear the term ‘self-care’ in the media and in conversation with others. But what does it really mean and how is self-care helpful? This course will explore the concept of self-care and describe how to practice self-care. We will support you to develop your own self-care plan that you can start using right away. If you are interested in finding ways to bring focus to your own needs and find joy in each day, join us for this online course.
