This session combines mindfulness and painting to promote relaxation and creative expression. Mindfulness and painting come together in a way that supports slowing down, tuning into the present moment, and engaging the senses with curiosity rather than judgment. Through simple exercises, participants use painting to stay present, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of calm, while also learning how mindfulness can support emotional well-being in everyday life. No art experience is required, only an interest in exploring and enjoying the process. Each participant leaves with their own artwork and a greater sense of ease and peace.
