About this Course
We all benefit from healthy and meaningful relationships. Do you struggle to meet and connect with others? Take this two session course to learn strategies and techniques to initiate conversation and develop meaningful relationships. Topics include body language, why we need to connect with others, loneliness, social anxiety, and initiating and ending conversations. There will be time in the course to practice conversations and brainstorm who to connect with in the community.
