About the Course
All human beings benefit from healthy and meaningful relationships. Do you struggle to meet and connect with others? This two session course will assist you in learning strategies and techniques to initiate conversations and develop meaningful relationships. Topics included body language, benefits of human connection, loneliness, social anxiety, and initiating and ending conversations; there will be time to practice conversations and to brainstorm plans for meaningful connections.

Course Date & Time: Tuesdays, July 21 & 28, 2020 – 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: CMHA Manitoba and Winnipeg, 930 Portage Avenue – Lower Level (Plum Room)
