This session is designed for anyone who feels unsure about using Zoom or navigating the CMHA website. Participants will learn how to join virtual and hybrid classes, raise their hand, mute and unmute, and use the chat feature through guided practice. The session also covers finding courses, registering for programs, and exploring resources on the CMHA website. Participants are required to bring their own devices to practice these skills on the technology they use most comfortably. This session will help participants feel confident in joining courses and accessing the tools needed to stay connected and supported.
