About the Course
Boundaries are the guidelines or personal rules that a person identifies as reasonable and safe ways to interact with others. This three session course will help you to identify your personal boundaries and to ensure that you receive respect from others. In this course, we will discuss what boundaries are and why they are important and change over time. We will also explore how to have a boundary conversation and how to say no.
To join this online course, you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed your registration.
