This month’s series is about the power of our words and how the words we think and say create and shape the world in which we live.

In our May classes, you’ll find an uplifting cardio series that will allow you to flip the script so that you can call more abundance and blessings into your life – this is modified Pilates that is for all abilities.

Wear runners and socks as there is fun cardio (not depleting) and you can sit down to join in so have a chair handy, water, towel and pillow for the closing mediation.

This month, how do you want to feel? And what thoughts, words and actions are in alignment with that energy signature?
