OCD is a mental illness that is made up of two parts: Obsessions and Compulsions. It is a distressing experience that can cause anxiety. This course will provide information about signs and symptoms of OCD and explore the experience of obsessions and compulsions. Treatment options and strategies to manage OCD will be shared.
