Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, often looks different in adulthood than it does in childhood and is frequently misunderstood. This course provides a practical introduction to ADHD in adults, exploring what ADHD is, how it can show up in everyday life, and who it most commonly affects. The course also explores suitable treatment options and practical strategies to support focus, manage stress, and organize daily routines. Through discussion, real-life examples, and shared insights, participants will gain clarity, challenge stigma, and leave with tools they can begin using right away.
