About the Course
Boundaries are the guidelines or personal rules that a person identifies as reasonable and safe ways to interact with others. This three session course will help you to identify your personal boundaries and ensure they receive respect from others.

Course Date & Time:Thursdays, October 10, 17, 24 & 31 and November 7, 2019 – 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: CMHA Manitoba and Winnipeg, 930 Portage Avenue – lower level (Blueberry Room)
