Boundaries are the guidelines or personal rules that a person identifies as reasonable and safe ways to interact with others. This two-session online course will help you to identify your personal boundaries and to ensure that you receive respect from others. In this course we will discuss what boundaries are and why they are important and change over time. How to have a boundary conversation and how to say “no” will be explored.

To join this online course, you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed your registration. We look forward to connecting with you!
