Radical acceptance is the practice of seeing things as they truly are, even when they are difficult or unpleasant, to reduce unnecessary suffering. This course explores what radical acceptance is and is not, using real-life examples to illustrate key concepts. Participants will discover how acceptance can reduce emotional overwhelm, strengthen resilience, and support overall well-being. The session will provide practical coping strategies to help identify resistance and respond with greater clarity, calm and self-compassion.
