When we exchange information in the workplace, we refer to it as professional communication because it is critical that information and conversation is delivered in a style that is appropriate and respectful. This course will provide you with some guidelines for professional communication and indicate the Do’s and the Don’ts of workplace communication. We will discuss how to present yourself in a job interview to convey your character and your professionalism. This course involves a practice lab after the initial course information is presented for anyone interested in practicing their communication skills.
