Have you ever wondered how some people seem to get “hooked” on crocheting? Research shows that crocheting has positive benefits for personal wellbeing and respondents sharing crochet as a tool to manage their mental health. When crocheting, your mind can easily escape to calm places while giving your hands something to do. Crocheting along with another person or in a group only adds to the fun and relaxation in this craft. Join us for a six-week course where you can learn either to crochet or to refresh your existing skills. All supplies will be provided at the first session.
Date: 6 Wednesdays, January 15 – February 19, 2025
