Coping After COVID – Online – February

Are you wondering what to make of life after COVID-19? Are you wondering if it is over or not? This course explores what a ‘new normal’ looks like and how to navigate any uncertainty. We are going to look at coping techniques to use when we feel anxious and challenged. We will focus on communications and conversations with people of varying opinions and about your personal comfort zone.  This is a complex time filled with much emotion and many questions.
