Physical and mental well-being are closely connected, and small, intentional changes can have a significant impact. This course explores how stress affects energy, quality of life, and long-term health, while encouraging reflection on ways to respond more effectively. Participants will examine how nutrition, hydration, and physical activity work together to support overall health, drawing on current research to identify realistic, actionable strategies. Through discussion and practical exercises, participants will create a sustainable, personalized physical health plan tailored to their lifestyle and life stage. Evidence-based tools to build habits and resilience for lasting well-being will be explored.
