About the Course
This four session course will identify strong communication skills and explore how communication impacts relationships and confidence out in the world. Active listening will be explored and practiced, and options for conflict resolution will be shared. This course will included opportunities to practice communication skills in the classroom will take place, including role play and the creation of communication scripts.

Dates & Time: Wednesdays, September 9 to 23, 2020 – 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Location: CMHA Manitoba and Winnipeg, 930 Portage Avenue – Lower Level (Plum Room)
