Many people experience loneliness, yet it remains a topic that is often overlooked in society. This course explores the stigma surrounding loneliness and clarifies the differences between loneliness and social isolation. Participants will examine the experience and potential value of solitude and learn practical strategies to manage feelings of loneliness. Through discussion and reflection, participants will gain perspective on the emotions associated with loneliness and isolation and develop tools to support their emotional well-being.
