Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness is a five-week course designed to help you build resilience and strengthen your mental health by challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions. It focuses on how a person’s thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affect their feelings and behaviors. CBTm can help with depression, anxiety, OCD, and a wide range of other issues. Topics covered include: the CBT model and realistic thinking, relaxation strategies, healthy living and sleeping, anger, assertiveness, self-compassion, problem solving, basic behavior and goal setting, plus coping with stressful experiences.
**You do not need a formal psychiatric diagnosis to attend this course.
