A two-hour workshop looks at the factors from the National Standard that impact effective communication in the workplace. Participants will be given techniques to improve their communication skills and thus increasing interpersonal effectiveness. Strategies to build effective teams will be discussed. Outcomes will lead to a flow of communication, allowing leaders to have functioning teams and for employees to feel like they can contribute ideas and innovation in a psychologically safe environment.
