The Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association Manitoba and Winnipeg hereby gives notice of its Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

We look forward to hosting our members at this year’s Annual General Meeting!
In order to attend, you will need to register in advance of the meeting by emailing rtan@cmhawpg.mb.ca
The meeting is call for the following purposes:

To receive the Annual Impact Report;

To report on the election of the Directors;
-
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ended March 31, 2023 and the report of the auditor on those financial statements;

To appoint the auditor for the next fiscal year.
Voting procedures at this meeting are outlined in the by-laws of the Association:

Each member who are listed on the register of members in good standing has one vote for each resolution

Voting can occur in person or by proxy

The proxy form is attached as Schedule “A”

Proxies must be received at the registered office of the Association not less that one hour before the meeting, emailed to rtan@cmhawpg.mb.ca
