Help keep youth warm this winter

The cold cuts deeper when you have nowhere to turn. But your gift can bring warmth, safety, and hope to Manitoba youth.

Donate a coat, a pair of mitts, or a monetary gift to help them find comfort and stability this winter.

Double your gift.

This Giving Tuesday, your impact goes further. All donations are matched up to $30,000. Help us reach our $60,000 goal.

Behind every statistic is a young life at risk

Far too many young people in Manitoba are living without stable housing or support.

In Winnipeg alone, youth aged 24 and under made up 22% of those experiencing homelessness according to the 2022 Street Census.

This is more than just discomfort. It’s the danger, isolation, and hopelessness they feel.

You can change that!

By donating a coat, a pair of boots or mitts, or a monetary gift to support deeper wrap-around services, you give youth in Manitoba the warmth, support and stability they need to survive the winter and begin rebuilding their lives.

What your gift provides as a monthly donor:

$10 – Warmth

A warm drink, socks, or mitts that bring comfort on a cold day

$15 – Nourishment

A hot meal and safe space for youth to connect and feel cared for

$25 – Shelter

Keeps our walk-in space open, heated, and welcoming for youth who need refuge from the cold

$50 – Comfort

A warm pair of boots or a blanket, plus essentials that make a tough winter a little easier

$100 – Care

A warm coat, a meal, and a supportive check-in that brings warmth inside and out

Testimonial
“I was homeless and had no money. My mental health was at its worst. I didn’t think there was hope left – until I met the people at CMHA. They literally saved my life.

I increased my self-esteem and learnt how honour my lived experience. My diagnosis doesn’t define me.”

Every dollar brings warmth. Every act of care brings hope.

Act now — your generosity fuels warmth, hope, and belonging.
