Recovery is the process of re-defining and re-building life with the experience of OCD and other mental health challenges. This course is an opportunity for family members and caregivers with loved ones experiencing OCD to explore the principles of recovery and strategies to provide support and encouragement. There will be opportunities for discussion in this course and focus on the well-being needs of families and caregivers.
