Loss can take many forms, including the death of a loved one, the end of a job, the loss of a home, or the absence of something deeply meaningful. Grief is a personal journey that looks different for everyone. This three-session course explores ways to process the sadness and emotions that accompany loss, recognizing that grieving is a unique and ongoing process. The importance of self-acceptance will be discussed, along with strategies to honor one’s own pace and approach to grief. The course provides a supportive environment for open discussion, fostering connections while navigating the complexities of grief and loss.
