Celebrating Mental Health Week
Empathy is the ability to understand and connect with another person’s experience from their perspective. This powerful skill strengthens relationships, builds trust, and supports meaningful connections. In this interactive course, participants will learn what empathy is and how it differs from related concepts such as sympathy and compassion. Through self-reflection, discussion, and real-life examples, participants will explore practical strategies for practicing self-empathy and applying empathy in everyday interactions at home, at work, and in the community.
