About this Course
This three session course will focus on the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships. We will discuss ways to repair and recover from unhealthy relationships, explore family, friends, and romantic relationships, and create a plan towards developing healthier relationships for the future. Emphasis will be placed on understanding manipulative behaviour in a relationship and moving past negative relationships.
