Relationships can be some of the most rewarding aspects of life, but they are not always easy to navigate. This interactive course examines the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships and the factors that can make maintaining positive connections challenging. Attendees will explore common obstacles to connection and learn practical strategies to overcome them. By the end of the session, participants will have simple, effective tools to strengthen relationships and show up as the kind of friend, partner, or family member they aspire to be.
