Making Short Films to Improve Your Mental Health

When

October 9, 2025
10:00 am to 12:30 pm

Video making is an inspiring process of expressing yourself using moving images and sounds. In this online group, you will learn to make a short film to give voice to your mental health challenges, while exploring creative solutions. ‘Calm in nature‘ is the theme of this introductory session where you will create a mindful video. While making the video, you will experience how creativity regulates emotions, supports new insights, and grows self-compassion. Participants will have the opportunity to screen their videos at the end of the group to witness the power of short films.

Join us to explore your inner filmmaker!  No experience required.
