Human connection is essential for emotional and mental well-being while creating a sense of belonging and purpose. This course explores the importance of social connections and offers practical strategies for building meaningful relationships. Through discussion and guided practice, participants will learn how to initiate and hold conversations, interpret body language, and manage feelings of loneliness or social anxiety.
