Join us for a mindful morning exploring The Leaf at Assiniboine Park. This guided outing will provide opportunities to engage your senses, learn about diverse plant environments, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. From the Mediterranean Garden to the Tropical Biome, discover unique ecosystems and seasonal displays that highlight the beauty and variety of plant life. Please meet the group in front of The Leaf’s main entrance approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, where our peer facilitator will greet you. Comfortable footwear is recommended for this engaging morning of exploration and connection.
