Self-esteem influences every choice we make and every relationship we have. This course gives participants a clear understanding of why self-esteem can feel difficult, what improves it, and how to build it in realistic ways. Participants will explore the four corners of self-esteem and create a personalized plan that strengthens confidence, self-respect, and a deeper sense of worth. It is an encouraging and practical space for anyone who wants to feel more grounded and capable in daily life.
