Why do we do things even when we know they hurt us? This dynamic workshop explores how addiction rewires the brain, and what it takes to rewire it back. Participants will learn how cravings and behaviors are shaped by brain chemistry, trauma, and unmet needs, using a person-centered approach that goes far beyond “willpower.” Whether supporting others or exploring their own healing, participants will gain powerful insights into the science of addiction and holistic pathways to recovery.
