SUMMARY:Well-Being Sessions Towards Positive Change
DESCRIPTION:This course builds on the innovative toolkit "Towards Positive 
 Change to Promote Mental Health and Well-being: A Toolkit for Black Canadi
 ans"\, developed through the lived experiences and insights of African\, C
 aribbean\, and Black (ACB) community members. Grounded in cultural knowled
 ge and collective resilience\, the toolkit aims to raise awareness about m
 ental illness\, mental health\, and overall well-being within communities 
 that have historically faced systemic barriers to care. The course offers 
 a culturally affirming space to explore mental health\, challenge stigma a
 nd promote sustainable wellness. It is a call to action to strengthen supp
 ort systems and foster long-term mental health resilience. This course inv
 ites participants to explore mental health through a lens shaped by lived
