Concerns about body image can show up at many stages of life and affect people of all genders\, often shaped by social expectat ions and personal experiences. This course offers a supportive space to ex plore what body image is\, how it develops\, and why it can be so challeng ing. Participants will learn about common body image struggles\, reflect o n their own experiences\, and explore the concept of body neutrality as an alternative to pressure around body positivity.
