Whether to fit in\, avoid judgmen t\, or protect ourselves from stigma\, masking is a common but often hidde n part of daily life. This interactive course explores why people hide par ts of themselves and the impact masking can have on mental well-being\, se lf esteem\, and relationships. Through guided discussion and a creative ac tivity to design symbolic masks\, participants will reflect on the differe nce between the version of themselves they present to the world and their authentic selves while exploring the importance of self acceptance\, vulne rability\, and genuine connection.
