SUMMARY:The Journey to Forgiveness and Letting Go (Selkirk\, MB)
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nForgiveness is a personal and sometimes challenging
  process and letting go of hurt can look different for every individual.
  This course introduces a variety of perspectives on forgiveness and what 
 it means to move forward. Through group reflection and discussion\, partic
 ipants will explore the common stages of forgiveness\, the impact of unres
 olved endings\, and the role of apologies. Participants will learn to reco
 gnize barriers that may arise and will leave with strategies for letting g
