DESCRIPTION:Forgiveness and letting go of hurt and past transgressions is n
 ot as easy as said. These two sessions will explore the challenges of forg
 iveness and strategies to let go of pain and move forward. Different schoo
 ls of thought on forgiveness will be shared\, along with discussion about 
 approaches to forgive and the gift of post-traumatic growth. To join this
